FIFA 21 – The First Set Of Icon Swaps Has Arrived

FIFA 21 Icon Swaps have arrived. This is a newly introduced feature that allows players to obtain Icon cards for tokens that are acquired when completing game objectives. The first batch of Icon Swaps includes six players. Let’s take a look at them.

Koeman has 91 OVR and the centre back position. The attributes are 75 pacing, 88 shooting, 89 passing, 80 dribbling, 90 defending, and 86 physical. You will need 13 tokens for him. Henry is a left-wing with 90 OVR and 90 pacing, 88 shooting, 85 passing, 87 dribbling, 51 defending, and 77 physical.

At 17 tokens, he is the most expensive player. Rijkaard cost 14 tokens. This 90 OVR centre defending midfielder comes with 77 pacing, 76 shooting, 83 passing, 80 dribbling, 90 defending, and 87 physical. Hagi is a centre defending midfielder that has 89 OVR and 85 pacing, 87 shooting, 89 passing, 89 dribbling, 40 defending, and 69 physical. You can acquire him for nine tokens.

Suker is a striker with 87 OVR. The stats are 86 pacing, 90 shooting, 80 passing, 89 dribbling, 42 defending, and 76 physical. He costs 11 tokens. The sixth Icon is Vidic. He has 85 OVR and the centre back position. His stats are 77 pacing, 46 shooting, 55 passing, 60 dribbling, 86 defending, and 87 physical. If you are willing to spend seven tokens, this player is yours.

The first thing you will need to do is to complete the special objectives that reward player tokens. When you have the required number of tokens for a player, you can do the challenges and get the reward. You can also exchange the tokens for packs. Some packs have 89 OVR+ players, Ultimate packs, and more.

Besides the six players and the packs, you can also have your pick at one of the three Base Icon player cards. This will cost you 17 tokens. You can also opt for a mid Icon pack that will cost 12 tokens. During this round of Icon Swaps, players can earn 18 tokens. You have until the 1st of January to get eight tokens. The rest will be available in the new year until February 12th.

If you do the math, you’ll figure out that you cannot get all the six players for 18 tokens. This means that you will have to make a choice. Consider the players you already have when deciding which Icon to get.
